Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the online gambling services reviewed on buran-au.com in relation to the Buran brand ("Buran"). They apply to your access to and use of the gambling services offered via buran-au.com and any related domains and mirror sites associated with Buran. These Terms are effective from 1 January 2026 and supersede any earlier versions published on buran-au.com.

  • Player Account or Account means a personal account registered in the name of a User with the Operator for the purpose of participating in the Service.
  • Bet or Wager means any stake of real money or bonus funds placed by a User on any game, event or gambling product offered within the Service.
  • Game means any casino, live casino, slot, table game or other gambling product made available on the Service, including games supplied by third-party providers such as Evolution.

  • Email verification: You may be required to verify your email address by clicking a verification link sent to the email you provided. Failure to complete this step may result in limited access or cancellation of your registration.
  • Single account: You are permitted to hold only one Account with the Operator for the Service. Multiple or duplicate Accounts may be closed, and related balances may be subject to forfeiture in accordance with the Service's internal policies.

Account security

  • Confidentiality of credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any other security credentials. Any Bet placed using your credentials will be deemed to have been placed by you.
  • Unauthorised access: You must notify the Operator immediately if you suspect that your Account has been compromised. The Operator is not liable for losses arising from third-party access due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.
  • Prohibition on third-party use: You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account, and you must not use another person's account.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General rules for placing bets

  • Availability of games: The Operator offers a range of Games supplied by licensed third-party providers under the Curaçao licence 8048/JAZ. Game availability may vary by jurisdiction and may be restricted in certain territories, including Australia.
  • Bet acceptance: A Bet is considered accepted only when it is registered on the Operator's servers and reflected in your Account's transaction history. If a game round fails to start or is not recorded due to technical reasons, the Bet may be deemed void.
  • Minimum and maximum stakes: Each Game has specified minimum and maximum Bet limits visible within the Game interface. You agree not to place Bets outside these limits. The Operator may impose additional limits on your Account or specific Games at its discretion.
  • Bet confirmation: Once you confirm a Bet, it cannot generally be cancelled or amended. Any exception will be at the Operator's sole discretion or in accordance with a specific Game's rules.

Game rules and results

  • Third-party game rules: All Games are subject to the rules, payout tables and procedures established by the relevant game providers (e.g., Evolution). By playing a Game, you agree to be bound by those rules.
  • Random number generation: For non-live Games, outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) of the relevant provider. For live casino, outcomes are determined by physical devices and dealer actions under the provider's control.
  • Finality of results: Once a Game round is complete and the result is recorded on the Operator's systems, that result is final and binding, subject only to correction in the case of manifest technical or clerical error.

Cancellation, errors and malfunctions

  • Obvious errors: If a Bet is accepted or a payout is made based on a technical failure, incorrect game configuration, mispricing, malfunction or any similar manifest error, the Operator may:
    • void the relevant Bet(s); and/or
    • adjust the outcome to the correct configuration; and/or
    • reclaim any overpaid amounts from your Account balance.
  • Interrupted gameplay: If your connection is interrupted during a Game, the outcome may be determined by the Game provider according to its rules. In many cases, the completed result will be available upon reconnection; in other cases, the Bet may be voided and the stake returned.
  • Service suspension: The Operator may suspend, cancel or remove any Game or Game feature at any time, including for maintenance, regulatory or commercial reasons, without prior notice.

Conduct in live casino and chat

  • Behaviour standards: You must behave respectfully towards dealers, other players and staff in all live casino environments and associated chat functions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
    • Use of insulting, obscene, racist, sexist or discriminatory language;
    • Harassment, threats or incitement of violence;
    • Promotion of illegal activities or sharing of personal contact information;
    • Advertising or promoting other services or websites.
  • No collusion or cheating: You must not engage in any collusion, use of automated tools or bots, exploitation of bugs or loopholes, or any other form of cheating. Suspicious activity may result in Account suspension, cancellation of Bets and forfeiture of funds.
  • Monitoring and moderation: Chat sessions may be monitored and recorded. The Operator and/or game provider may mute, block or remove you from chat or live tables if you breach these rules.

Bonus Terms

Activation of bonuses

  • Availability: Bonuses and promotions may be offered at the Operator's discretion and may be subject to specific eligibility criteria (e.g., new players only, minimum deposit amounts, geographic restrictions).
  • Activation method: To receive a Bonus, you may be required to:

Combining promotions and abuse

Currency, fees and chargebacks

Limitation of Liability

Operator's obligations

  • Fairness and operation: The Operator is obliged, under its Curaçao licence 8048/JAZ and applicable regulatory standards, to:

    • record Bets and outcomes accurately in its systems; and
    • credit legitimate winnings to Player Accounts in accordance with the relevant Game rules.

Exclusions and limitations

  • Technical issues: The Operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

    • compatibility issues between your device and the Service or Games; or
    • third-party service failures, including payment providers or telecommunication networks.

  • Maximum compensation: Where the Operator is found liable to you in relation to a specific Bet or Game, its maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount actually staked by you on that Bet or Game, or, where relevant, the amount of money that was incorrectly credited to or debited from your Account.

Termination & Suspension

Operator's rights

  • Suspension and closure: The Operator may, at its reasonable discretion, suspend, restrict or close your Account and/or void Bets in whole or in part if:
